Medlingsinstitutet skall genom överläggningar med parter eller på annat sätt informera sig om kommande eller pågående avtalsförhandlingar. | The National Mediation Office shall by discussions with the parties or by other means inform itself about forthcoming or pending agreement negotiations |
Institutet skall också ge råd och upplysningar till parterna på arbetsmarknaden om förhandlingar och kollektivavtal. | The Office shall also provide advice and information to the parties on the labour market concerning negotiations and collective bargaining agreements. |
