Finns lokal arbetstagarorganisation, skall förhandlingsskyldigheten enligt 11-13 §§ fullgöras i första hand genom förhandling med denna. | Where there is a local employees' organisation, the obligation to negotiate under Sections 11 - 13 shall, in the first instance, be fulfilled through negotiations with that organisation. |
