6 i §	Section 6i
En arbetsgivare får inte förbjuda en arbetstagare att under anställningen ha en anställning hos en annan arbetsgivare.	An employer must not prohibit an employee from taking employment with another employer during the employment.
Första stycket gäller dock inte om den andra anställningen är arbetshindrande, konkurrerar med arbetsgivarens verksamhet på ett sätt som kan orsaka skada, eller på något annat sätt kan skada arbetsgivarens verksamhet.	However, the first paragraph does not apply if the other employment: interferes with the employee’s duties; competes with the employer’s activities in a way that could cause harm; or could harm the employer’s activity in some other way.
En arbetsgivare får inte missgynna en arbetstagare på grund av att arbetstagaren under anställningen har en anställning hos en annan arbetsgivare. Lag (2022:448).	An employer must not disadvantage an employee as a result of the employee having employment with another employer during the employment. (SFS 2022:448)
