En arbetstagare som har fyllt 69 år har inte rätt till längre uppsägningstid än en månad och har inte heller företrädesrätt enligt 22, 23, 25 eller 25 a §. Lag (2019:529). | An employee aged 69 or over is not entitled to more than one month’s notice of termination and does not have a preferential right to re-employment under Section 22, 23, 25 or 25a.
