För en arbetsgivare som inte fullgör sina förpliktelser enligt kollektivavtal som avses i 3 §, gäller vad som föreskrivs om påföljd i avtalet eller i lagen (1976:580) om medbestämmande i arbetslivet. | An employer who does not fulfil his or her obligations under a collective agreement as referred to in Section 3 is subject to the provisions on sanctions contained in the agreement or in the Employment (Co-determination in the Workplace) Act (1976:580). |
