Vad som sägs i 8 § gäller inte sådan skyddsutrustning som omfattas av Europaparlamentets och rådets förordning (EU) nr 2016/425 av den 9 mars 2016 om personlig skyddsutrustning och om upphävande av rådets direktiv 89/686/EEG. Lag (2018:126).

The provisions of Section 8 do not apply to personal protective equipment covered by Regulation (EU) No 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on personal protective equipment and repealing Council Directive 89/686/EEC. Act (2018:126).
