7 §	Section 7
Kan betryggande skydd mot ohälsa eller olycksfall icke nås på annat sätt, skall personlig skyddsutrustning användas. Denna skall tillhandahållas genom arbetsgivarens försorg.	Personal protective equipment must be used when adequate protection against illness or accidents cannot be achieved by other means. This equipment must be provided by the employer.
Vid fartygsarbete skall den personliga skyddsutrustningen tillhandahållas av redaren, om inte någon annan som arbetstagaren är anställd hos har åtagit sig detta ansvar. Lag (2003:365).
